Yup. Pretty much.

You know, it’d be pretty progressive for a city to promote “alternate vehicles” simply by making one or two parking spaces on each block FREE, reserved for motorcycles, scooters and bicycles.

Sioux City doesn’t do that.

My biggest problem while scootering was not having a place to park EVER. There was one little alley in the city I was living for such matters and that was it. If you ride to work there’s never a damn place to park with a bike that is safe. GRRRR.

I always thought in cities at least, that parking garages should alot parking for bikes. You can park two or three bikes in one car parking space, charge half what you do for a car and make a profit. It’s not hard. Why do so few of them provide this?

I love this idea. I think the parking spaces for bikes, scooters etc should be close to the entrance of a building as well. We should promote this type of transportation.

There you go making sense yet again.
