Miserable Day

Bah! Gah! Grrr! Hhmph!

My stupid www.radloffs.net website is down, and I can’t figure out to whom I owe money to get it to work again. I just paid them a few months ago. I have another dumb old website I need a DNS transfer for, but I can’t get it to work. I paid them, but the transfer didn’t go through and I can’t get anyone to answer their e-mail to tell me what to do.

I just want things to work. I want a day without having to fight every single detail. I’m under the constant feeling that people are quite simply taking my money and abandoning me. It’s frustrating! I need a vacation. I’m really a pretty gentle person, but I’m having trouble not hitting people right now.

I have no patience for stupid today.

Aren’t computers great?!? It seems that every day with one of these piles of plastic, there is a certain degree of frustration. Some days are just worse than others. I think a two beer minimum is definitely in order. You’re pile of plastic won’t be any better, but you be mo’ happy!

Hey, thanks guys — I appreciate the support!

    Two beers for sure!

I tell you what, the problems I had yesterday were all simple, little details that should have taken ten minutes but instead ate up the WHOLE DAY. And I encountered way more stupid then usual for some reason. I was literally screaming four-letter words whilst pounding my desk in anger yesterday.

Today is going better, but it’s only 10 in the morning — plenty of time for the suck to find me yet.

URGH those days deserve a two week vacation to recover from. Good luck with the site. And don’t kill anyone, we need you here to entertain, not rotting in jail so poor Dagmar has to bake a file cake. Tsk!

    BAH!

hey, that DNS transfer BS happened to Bert Bananas, too. It took WEEKS to solve the problem, and yes, it’s kinda hard to find those hosts when you really need ’em, isn’t it? They sure are good at taking our money, though!
